1. PRODUCT INFORMATION:

Durasin glue is a 100% solid epoxy adhesive compound that is used very effectively for wedges or sealants for propeller systems, auxiliary engines, rudder systems, deck machinery, machinery bases, crane rails,…

When melted, Durasin glue will flow evenly, filling in the gaps and protrusions that need to be filled. Durasin is self-leveling, has high adhesion to concrete, and is non-flammable. No shrinkage, very high impact resistance and high compressive strength. Long-lasting, nearly permanent adhesion such as precise device alignment.

KVM Sealing Compound

KVM Sealing Compound

- KVM Sealing Compound effectively seals gaps, providing fire resistance and gas- and water-tightness for cable conduits in A-60 bulkheads and decks.

- KVM Adhesive is non-flammable, non-toxic, and non-toxic to the skin.

With entirely inorganic chemical components, KVM ensures the adhesive never shrinks. On the contrary, during the drying process, KVM expands, enhancing the tight bond to metal and cables, ensuring complete sealing of cable enclosures against gas and water infiltration.

- KVM meets A-0 and A-60 standards, according to IMO Resolution MSC.307(88) of the International Maritime Organization.

KVM holds Certificates from reputable institutions such as ABS, BV, CCS, CR, DNV.GL, KR, LR.

Viton/FKM Rubber Packing Sheet

The FKM (VITON) rubber sheet is made from a blend of synthetic rubber with the ability to withstand acids at high temperatures, addressing shortcomings that other types of synthetic rubber may not have.

APPLICATIONS:

FKM (VITON) rubber gaskets are used as flange gaskets in industrial machinery and equipment. FKM rubber seals (VITON) are employed in environments containing gasoline, oil, hot and cold water, various weather conditions, ozone, acids, bases, hydrocarbons, and organic solvents.

Some other names for Viton rubber sheet include FKM sheet, FPM sheet (Europe), Fluoropolymer, and Fluoroelastomer.
